Mohammad Nabi is an Afghan cricketer whose international record includes Test cricket, One Day Internationals and Twenty20 Internationals. His recorded date of birth is 1 January 1985. He bats right-handed and bowls right-arm off spin.
His Test debut came against India on 14 June 2018. His ODI debut came against Scotland on 19 April 2009. His T20I debut came against Ireland on 1 February 2010.
Nabi has been part of the national side’s defining milestones: Afghanistan’s first ODI in 2009, first T20 international in 2010 and first Test in 2018. He captained Afghanistan at the 2015 Cricket World Cup. He stepped away from Test cricket in 2019 to focus on the shorter formats.
